In accordance with DICOM Supplement 19: General Purpose CD-R Image
Interchange Profile, this CD-ROM conveys an ISO 9660 file system which
is readable on PC, Mac and Unix platforms. The DICOM images are stored
in "Explicit VR Little Endian Uncompressed Transfer Syntax" encoding
using the DICOM file format specified by DICOM Part 10: Media Storage
and File Format for Data Interchange.
Image Quality Notice
The perceived quality of medical images displayed on-screen or printed
on hardcopy media depends significantly on the physical
characteristics of the display hardware used as well as on the
capabilities of the display software.
